Multibyte Character Manipulation Function
int _ismbbkpunct(unsigned int c);
Internationalization (I18n) Function Overview
The _ismbbkpunct function returns a non-zero value if the multibyte character argument c
is a non-ASCII punctuation symbol.
I18n Issues
_ismbbkpunct should only be called with multibyte characters; there are no other
versions of this function.
In addition, _ismbbkpunct depends on the multibyte code page in effect. By default, the multibyte code page
is set to the system-default ANSI code page obtained from the operating system at program startup.
Use _getmbcp and _setmbcp to query or change
the current multibyte code page, respectively.
