Internationalization (I18n) Function Overview

The argz_add function adds the string str to the end of the argz vector *argz, and updates *argz and *argz_len accordingly.

I18n Issues

There is no ANSI wide character version of this function. The parameters will have to be converted to multibyte UTF-8 characters and then the argz_add function can be used.

ANSI UTF-8	`argz_add`
ANSI UTF-16	convert and use `argz_add`
