Create and Manage Scan Views

This dialog lets you see a subset of your Scan Results. Select the number of rows to display per page or create, save and modify Views. Once you save a View, it will be displayed in the Views dropdown in your Scan Results window for you to select and apply to the Scan Results table. To return to the default display of all your Active results, select <Active Results> from the Views menu dropdown.

Rows per Page -- Select the number of rows to display on a page of Scan Results. This selection is not associated with a View. It is a Scan Results setting that will be applied to all Views.

View Name -- Pick a name that describes your View. This will show up in the the dropdown in the dialog for when you want to edit a particular View. The dropdowns enable you to switch between different Views or to turn them off completely.

Status -- Select the various statuses you are interested in viewing. Only results with those status types that also match the other criteria specified in the View will be displayed.

Match File Path -- Use this if you want to display results only from a certain set of files and/or subdirectories.

Match Issue -- Only results where the Issue column of the Scan Results table matches this criteria will display.

Match Code Line -- Only results where the Code Line column of the Scan Results table matches this criteria will display.

Criteria Dropdowns -- These are the dropdowns next to each text field. You have five options in each, they are:

• Exact Match
• Starts With
• Ends With
• Contains
• SQL Like Match

Note: Regular Expressions are not allowed with Views.
